War Memorial in Kundasang, Sabah.
Established in 1962, this was one of the first memorials to commemorate the brave Australian and British Prisoners of War who died in Sandakan and during the infamous death marches to Ranau during World War II. Tahun 1900Hospital Duchess of Kent, Sandakan telah memulakan perkhidmatan pada awal tahun 1900. Bangunan hospital pertama dibina di lokasi persimpangan Jalan Singapura dengan Jalan Bukit Bendera.
